CareAnchor is an independent information and guidance service for families in England considering adult social care. It is not a regulated care provider, does not employ carers, and does not arrange placements with providers.

About CQC data
Provider information is sourced from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) public API. Ratings and inspection details reflect the most recently published CQC inspection at the time of fetching. CareAnchor is not responsible for changes that may have occurred at a service since its last inspection.
Verify before you decide
Before making a care decision, you should verify all relevant details — including availability, costs, regulated activities and current staffing — directly with the provider.
Care Record accounts
You may create a free Care Record account to save your shortlist and notes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@careanchor.co.uk.
Acceptable use
You agree to use CareAnchor only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not attempt to scrape, disrupt, or misuse the service or its data.
Liability
CareAnchor is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareAnchor is not liable for any decisions made based on the information provided through the service.
Care providers and care workers
By registering on CareAnchor as a care provider or care worker, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. CareAnchor reserves the right to remove profiles that contain inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content. Registration does not constitute endorsement by CareAnchor.

CareAnchor is operated by Adult Social Care Marketplace Ltd, company number 15270298, registered in England and Wales.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
